Scope of Work:

Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning of Package-4 Facilities including Project Management, HSE, Quality, Site Surveys, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Fabrication, Transportation, Demolition, Modification, Installation, Testing & Commissioning Works

The following are the main ESP surface / topside equipment:

–           Variable Frequency Drive for the ESPs

–           ESP Distribution Transformers

–           VFD Step up Transformers (as applicable for LV VFD Design)

–           Switchgear Room to house VFD’s, LV Switchgears, Surface Cabinets, EID Cabinet, UPS Sub DBs, Lighting & Small Power DBs etc.

–           Field Mounted Junction Boxes and interconnecting Cabling

–           Supporting Facilities such as HVAC System, F&G, Clean Agent System, Architectural furnishings, Building other Safety equipment etc.

–           Open Drain and Closed Drain Piping Network (to be hooked-up with respective existing piping system of WHT BH1 & BH2)

Scope of Work:

Multi-discipline detailed design and engineering, procurement, supply of equipment and material, fabrication, inspection and testing, transportation to site, installation, construction, demolition, pre-commissioning and commissioning, test run, management and support services to Upgrade Glycol Flare Systems. Scope includes supply and installation of the following new facilities and demolition of the existing facilities.

• Glycol Flare; 8” Flare riser, 4” Flare tip dia with 2 Pilots, 22m overall height
• New Flare tip of same dimensions as existing and identical design, including velocity seal and flame retention ring / tabs
• Replacement of existing pilots with new upgraded pilot

Scope of Work:

Residual Engineering, Procurement & Supply of Materials, Installation of New Facilities, Modification of Some Existing Facilities and Demolition of Few Facilities

(UAE Home Office): Supply, perform residual / shop drawing / construction engineering and pre-fabrication / assembly as applicable for construction. Upon Completion of same shall be transported to Construction Site for further installation towards its fit for propose of its intended usage

(Construction Site – Mubarraz Island): Supply, transportation, Construction of DEGs and its accompanying equipment and facilities. Protect Company existing facilities and perform as built survey to ensure the correct implementation of design and integrity for fit for purpose.

–           Tank Farm Monitors: Supply of three (3) new portable monitors for different locations in the tank farm.

–     Gas line depressurization facility with mini vent boom, drain boot & UFM

–   Gas lift manifolds with gas lift line to the Wellhead Producers

–   Gas pig trap hook up and PSV platforms
